Answer
We have neighbourhood partners who will manage tenancy breaches and some types of ASB, Community safety partners who manage ASB and Tenancy support partners who provide intense short term support. They will all communicate with residents who have reported ASB.

This would be of immense help, and provide a reassurance that should any problems are dealt with as quick as possible. A visual presence is absolutely what is needed and for residents to know who they are and how they can be contacted.

This is so important, not only for Settle tenants but for their visitors to see we are living in a well-kept, friendly, clean area. Safety should be a priority.

Communal bin stores and doors leading to the bin stores (which are often filthy) are not being cleaned Windows in communal areas are not cleaned either Wooden doors leading to blocks of flats are in a bad state of repair and need repainting. It makes the area look as though it is not looked after. Most of us want to live in a clean, tidy area. The gardening services are appalling. Edges aren't trimmed, grass is left on walkways and paths, strimming of weeds is not carried out properly. The contractors are not polite and often sit in their vans talking even when the jobs are finished, and then drive off Closer supervision of works in our communal areas and gardens should be a priority. As Settle tenants we pay for these services and expect a good service.

Communal areas including windows and bin stores (and doors to the bin stores) are not always cleaned Regular checks should be carried out to ensure this is completed and to a good standard of cleanliness.

Suggestion
Safeguarding officers to communicate with the tenants/ residents who make them aware of the ASB and let them know what actions are being taken and make sure to follow up in a appropriate timely manner.
