Thank you for your feedback, we do have to rely on residents talking to us or using the portal to update the information that we hold. We also give training to all staff on how to recognise vulnerability and how to ensure that our system is updated by everyone coming into contact with a resident.

When you are saying that there are many changes that take place in the lives of vulnerable tenants. I feel you need to say or (put into different words thine mine), that if they are having difficulty, Settle provides a Human Being they can talk to, which is far better than trying to Type a problem. Just a thought.

How do settle identity the residents who are vulnerable, what step’s are taken to identify them What information is settle relying on to be accurate representation of the situation- what steps are taken Are settle relying on a referral being made? Made a clear sentence on how you identify them. Some residents may not know they can speak to settle or not comfortable/ embarrassed
